These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Hormoona Ltd OOD (“Hormoona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, available at hormoona.com. Hormoona offers cortisol support dietary supplements in powder stick-pack format.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing any products.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, browsing its pages, or placing an order for any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately and refrain from placing any orders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase products from Hormoona. By using our site and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we have reason to believe that a user does not meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Products & Descriptions

Hormoona products are dietary supplements formulated to support healthy cortisol levels. They are not medicines, drugs, or pharmaceutical products, and they are not intended to replace medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and ingredient information on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the site are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual product colors and packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.

5. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted and a binding contract is formed only when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation email. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to a recurring delivery plan, you authorize Hormoona to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected at checkout. Subscription charges will continue until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard or by emailing us at admin@hormoona.com. Cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle upon cancellation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times displayed at checkout and in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. Hormoona is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier once the product has been handed off for shipment.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have an additional right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). 9. Disclaimer of Warranties & FDA Notice

All products are sold on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hormoona makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the products, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Hormoona makes no medical claims regarding its products. The information on our website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hormoona Ltd OOD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of our products.

In no event shall Hormoona’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hormoona Ltd OOD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, trade names, product designs, and the overall look and feel of the site, is the exclusive property of Hormoona Ltd OOD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission from Hormoona Ltd OOD.

13. Force Majeure

Neither Hormoona nor you shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or failures of third-party services.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For EU consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent that they provide greater protection than Bulgarian law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For US consumers: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of Hormoona products shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not through class action, class arbitration, or representative proceedings. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by sending a written notice to admin@hormoona.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Either party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

Hormoona reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
