Welcome to Hormoona. By accessing or using hormoona.com (the “Site”) or buying any product from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they are a contract between you and Hormoona Ltd OOD.

“Hormoona,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hormoona Ltd OOD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products and disclaimers

  • Hormoona products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
  • Individual results vary. Testimonials and customer experiences shared on the Site are real but not guaranteed for every person.
  • Product images, ingredients, and packaging may be updated over time. The label on the product you receive is the authoritative ingredient and dosage information.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the card or account you provide for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
  • An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or violation of these Terms — and we’ll refund any payment taken.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information.

5. Subscriptions

  • If you choose a subscription plan, you authorise Hormoona to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected (monthly by default), at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel.
  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing admin@hormoona.com.
  • To stop the next renewal, your cancellation must be received before the next billing date. Once a renewal has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded under our standard guarantee — see our Refund Policy for details.
  • We may update subscription prices on renewal. We’ll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of any price increase, giving you time to cancel if you don’t want to continue at the new price.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. If a package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact admin@hormoona.com within 7 days of the carrier-reported delivery date and we will help resolve it.

7. Refunds and returns

Our 30-day money-back guarantee, EU withdrawal right, and full return process are described on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Promotional codes, gifts, and trial offers

  • Promotional codes are limited to one use per customer per order unless stated otherwise.
  • Free gifts (such as Welcome Kit items) have no cash value and may need to be returned if you request a refund on the paid item they came with.
  • We may end or change promotions at any time without notice.

9. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us at admin@hormoona.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Site beyond ordinary browsing.
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information.
  • Resell Hormoona products without our written permission.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, illustrations, graphics, logos, the “Hormoona” name, the “Cortisol Balance” name, and product trade dress — is owned by or licensed to Hormoona Ltd OOD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

12. User-generated content

If you send us reviews, photos, or other content (including by tagging us on social media), you grant Hormoona a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing, in any medium, until you ask us to stop. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hormoona disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights).

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hormoona’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Hormoona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we were aware of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hormoona Ltd OOD and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will take effect 14 days after we post them, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the new Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or close your account or refuse access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will remain in effect after termination.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to your mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.
