Shipping Policy

We know waiting on something you ordered for your wellbeing feels different than waiting on a sweater. We pack carefully, ship quickly, and keep you posted at every step.

Service area

Hormoona ships only within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or internationally. Orders attempted from outside the eligible service area will be cancelled and refunded.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard shipping window is 4–8 business days, broken down as follows:

  1. Processing time — within 24 hours. Once your order is placed, we confirm it, do a final quality check on your sticks, and pack it up.
  2. Delivery time — 3–7 business days. From our warehouse to your door. Exact transit depends on your location within the US.

Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays, or on weekends and U.S. public holidays, begin processing the next business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You can also check the status of any order at any time by logging into your account at hormoona.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — your cart will automatically show whether you qualify. Subscription orders ship at the same rate as one-time orders, with the same free-shipping thresholds.

Sales tax

Applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense. If we are unable to reach the customer within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Missing or late packages

If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please:

  • Check with neighbours, household members, or your building manager.
  • Look around your delivery location (porch, side door, mailroom, parcel lockers).
  • Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.

If your package still hasn't appeared 3 business days after the delivery notification, email us at admin@hormoona.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it. Replacement orders for carrier-confirmed delivered packages are issued at our discretion and may require a signed declaration of non-receipt.

If your order is taking longer than the expected 4–8 business day window, please allow up to 3 additional business days before contacting us — carrier delays are common during peak seasons, weather events, and holidays.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or with missing sticks, email admin@hormoona.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the package and contents. We will replace at our cost. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Refused shipments and returned packages

If you refuse a shipment at delivery or return it to sender without prior authorization from Hormoona, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee, all of which will be deducted from any refund issued.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. We are not responsible for theft, weather damage, or any loss that occurs after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Storing your sticks once they arrive

Our blend is shelf-stable, but for the freshest taste and longest potency, we recommend bringing your package indoors promptly after delivery, especially in summer. Store the pouch in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and reseal between uses.
