30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Cortisol Balance doesn’t help you feel calmer, sleep deeper, or come back to yourself, we don’t want your money. We know what this cortisol cocktail can do for women who’ve been running on empty for years. We also know it won’t be the answer for everyone.
If it isn’t yours, just reach out to admin@hormoona.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund every penny — no questions asked.
Who is covered
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order of any Hormoona product.
- One refund per customer, per product type. If you ordered multiple units, only one opened unit qualifies for refund — the rest must be unopened to be returned.
- Subscription renewals and one-time refill orders are not covered by the first-order guarantee. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Condition of the product
- You can open the pouch and try it. We expect you to. The guarantee exists because we want you to feel the difference.
- Only one opened unit per product type is eligible. Additional units must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
How to request a refund
- Email admin@hormoona.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps. You won’t be asked to justify your decision.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- If a return is required, we’ll send return instructions in our reply. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Subscriptions
- You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by emailing admin@hormoona.com.
- If you cancel before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming order.
- If your subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it falls outside the first-order guarantee and we are unable to refund or accept a return for that shipment. We strongly recommend reviewing your renewal date before each billing cycle.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, please email admin@hormoona.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will replace it or refund it in full at our cost — including return shipping if needed.
EU customers — 14-day withdrawal right
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, email admin@hormoona.com with a clear statement of withdrawal and your order number.
Items that are not refundable
- Products purchased through unauthorised retailers or third-party marketplaces.
- Gift cards.
- Free items received as part of a Welcome Kit or promotion (these may need to be returned for the refund of the paid item to be processed).
