1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind Cortisol Balance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. No questions asked.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right applies regardless of your reason.
To exercise this right, email admin@hormoona.com with your order number. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery date (or 14 days for EU withdrawal right).
- The product must not pose a health or safety concern. Opened products are eligible for refund — we trust our customers.
- Only one refund per customer per product.
Subscription orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds apply to the most recent shipment only if within the 30-day window.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email admin@hormoona.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include your full name and order number.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable) or process your refund directly.
You do not need to return opened products. For unopened products, we may request return at our expense.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@hormoona.com. Include photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping — your choice.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different flavor, please request a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@hormoona.com.
